W400 WorkLoft
The W400 WorkLoft is a 30' × 50' × 16' lofted backyard shop concept with an 8' × 8' covered porch and a 16' × 30' interior mezzanine. Ground level for tools, vehicles, and equipment — loft level for storage, office, studio, or hangout space.
Doors, windows, plywood/wood decking for the mezzanine, concrete, and installation are not included.

The W400 WorkLoft is designed for owners who want more than a simple shed or single-level shop. The 30' × 50' footprint and 16' eave height provide generous floor area on the main level, while the 16' × 30' mezzanine adds a second tier of space that can be finished out over time as a storage loft, office, studio, gym, or lounge.
An 8' × 8' covered porch creates a shaded entry, outdoor work zone, or place to stage materials out of the weather. Openings can be re-positioned to align with your driveway, slab layout, and interior plan.
