W300 WorkLodge
The W300 WorkLodge is a large-format 30' × 50' backyard workshop designed to handle tractors, boats, automotive projects, fabrication equipment, or multi-bay workspace layouts. It is the largest model in the W-Series and offers serious size for serious work.
Doors, windows, concrete, and installation are not included.
The W300 WorkLodge provides the size and layout flexibility needed for demanding hobby work, small-business operations, equipment storage, or large-scale projects. The 30' × 50' footprint with 12' eave height makes it ideal for automotive lifts, tractors, fabrication machinery, boats, or multi-bay workshop layouts.
You can adjust door placement, window layouts, colors, engineering loads, and more to fit your property and your workflow.

- Pre-engineered cold-formed steel framing for 30' × 50' × 12' structure
- Roof and wall panels with matching trim package
- Fasteners, closures, and standard sealants for dry-in of the shell
- Base angle / base trim for installation on concrete slab by others
- Manufacturer engineering package suitable for permitting in many jurisdictions (site-specific criteria may vary)

- Overhead doors, roll-up doors, walk doors, windows, and framed openings
- Concrete slab, piers, grading, or site work
- Building erection / installation labor
- Insulation, electrical, HVAC, or interior finishes
- Sales tax, freight, and any special engineering beyond standard design criteria
